Entertaining Real Life - There is such a movement happening for mental health right now! It is a beautiful sight to see, but not everyone is willing to tell you the horrifyingly delightful moments of the emotional rollercoaster. I will tell you all the teeny tiny thoughts in my head that I let take over - the ones that make me a failure to myself and those around me.
It's a downward spiral, I love rollercoasters, but we gotta end up on the Upside Sunny sometime.
